  • What sets us apart is that we first listen to our client’s needs and then customize what we deliver at a price point they can afford.

  • Unfortunately at this time, we only support Google email. Other email providers do not provide robust enough APIs or make it to cost prohibitive to support at this time.

  • Unfortunately, due to our company's size, we cannot currently provide mobile application development (e.g., iOS). However, we would like to offer this service in the future.

  • Tailored CRMs have two huge advantages over generic CRMs.

    The first is simplicity. The tool will only include the features you need making the interface easy to learn how to use.

    The second is customizable features. The CRM can be customized to send just the right message based on a unique value that applies to your business’s needs.

  • To get an accurate estimate we need to do a one on one assessment of your business needs, however typically it takes just a couple weeks.

  • If you are concerned about the subscription price of the software we recommend starting with the basic option. This is a great starting point and will provide value at our cheapest price. As your company grows you can always upgrade to the tailored version.

  • We have proprietary products and approaches that help ensure that our software is secure. We also discuss security needs in our project proposal and continue to review our security approaches.

  • As part of your subscription things like bug fixes, security patches, and regular maintenance is provided.

    We also provide a one a year product update.

  • Our robust testing process minimizes potential bugs. However, if any arise, we address them promptly as part of our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

  • We believe in transparent communication. We provide regular updates and schedule check-ins to inform you at every stage.

  • Absolutely! We ensure you and your team are comfortable with the software through training sessions and detailed documentation.

  • Our software is built with scalability in mind. As your business evolves, your software can too.

  • We utilize various cutting-edge technologies, choosing the best fit based on the project's requirements. Chris's proprietary technology also allows us to deliver faster and more efficiently.

  • As part of your subscription we provide an annual evaluation to provide any changes and to integrate new standard features. If you need changes sooner, we support providing the changes for a one time $250 fee.

  • Our product uses google drive to backup data and share it with users. Google has limitations on the number of files in a shared folder (500,000). Each type of data you store in the CRM will be limited to that number. You are also limited by the storage on your google drive.

    Any of our mobile features are currently only supported on Android phones.

  • Yes we do! We just charge a flat hourly rate to develop the feature of $250/hr. Typical custom features range in total from $2,000 - $10,000.
