Ok, you filled out the contact form or scheduled a consultation. We will reach out to answer any questions and briefly discuss your project in a 30-minute free consultation. During this consultation, we will see if we are a good fit regarding budget, needs, and personality. If you’d like to proceed after the brief consultation, we will schedule a more in-depth meeting to discuss the specifics.

We will need to discuss your project or consulting needs more in-depth to give you a more accurate estimate. We charge an hourly flat rate for all of our services.
How are we making it more affordable?
Automation and Custom software
We can adjust and plan your project in phases (prioritizing your features).
Consulting and Fractional CTO Services
We can adjust the hourly commitment based on your project needs. There are no minimum hours required with us.

Similar to lawyers, our payment fee structure is an upfront monthly retainer for the projected hours for that month. You will be invoiced at the beginning of each month. If fewer hours are needed for that month, we will apply that credit to the following month(s) or refund the remaining hours if the contract is complete.
